In 2002 David Frankens and Jeff Louis bought a ranch in West Texas. It was 1100 acres and it was in bad shape. They fixed it up, enjoyed it and someone came along and offered them a good price. They looked at each other and said, “That was fun – let’s do it again!” …and they did. With over 60,000 acres purchased in less than two years, Jeff and David are not only having fun, they are indeed busy.

“Dave and I love this business. We’ve invested a lot of time and money into providing the best value and experience for our clients by acquiring rough, distressed and deeply discounted properties and then fixing them up for a price that is still considered wholesale,” says Jeff Louis. He continues, “Dave has an entire fleet of heavy equipment that we use to improve these properties and the plane and helicopter we purchased allow our clients a preview of the many ranches in a very short period of time.”
